The GeoVet conference is the only international, interdisciplinary, conference specialized in spatial epidemiology, spatial statistics and the application of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) to animal health, public health and food safety.
Historically, the GISVet/GeoVet conference series, which is held once every 3 years since 2001 has been instrumental in fostering the development of spatial epidemiology methods and its application in veterinary medicine and public health.
