ISO Quality System

The ISO Certification allows and organizes continuous improvement, also through the application of corrective and preventive actions, and provides a valid aid to the planning and standardization of activities eliminating, at least in part, inadequacies and inefficiencies.

iso 9001 certification

Starting from January 2004 the company has achieved the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Certification. The certification guarantees the compliance of the company Quality System with the standard issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 2000, then implemented at European level by the Committee Européen de Normalization (CEN) and finally at the national level by the Italian National Unification Body (UNI). Compliance is verified through periodic inspections and attested by issuing a three-year validity certificate by an accredited certification body, in our TUV Italia case.

In short, the law provides for:

  • the organization of business activities by process;
  • the application to each process of the planning cycle, execution, analysis of results, decisions,
  • application of reviews, verifications, controls and validations;
  • the written documentation of the Company’s Quality Policy, of the company organization, of the process;
  • edure of the quality management system, of all the quality controls carried out;
  • the attention in all company activities to customer satisfaction;
  • attention to communication both inside and outside the company;
  • ongoing training of personnel;
  • a system of internal audits that guarantees the constant adequacy of the company procedures to the standard and to the company quality policy.

The identification and formalization of the operating procedures ensures a reasonable guarantee of conformity between the planned quality and that actually contained in a single service, with the aim of maintaining it over time.
